Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans include multi-user collaboration with role-based permissions. Invite team members as Owners, Admins, Editors, or Viewers with granular permissions per knowledge base.

  • Starter Plan - Single user (no team collaboration)
  • Free Plan - Single user only

User Roles

Owner

  • Full control over the knowledge base
  • Manage all settings and users
  • Access billing and subscription

Admin

  • Manage content and users
  • Configure settings
  • Cannot access billing

Editor

  • Create and edit articles
  • Manage categories
  • Cannot manage users or settings

Viewer

  • Read-only access
  • Can view all content
  • Cannot make changes

Getting Started
