How to Export Your Content

Export your knowledge base content in multiple formats.

Export Options

Available Formats

Export formats vary by subscription tier:

  • Starter+: PDF export
  • Professional+: JSON export
  • Enterprise: CSV and Markdown export

Exporting Content

Export Knowledge Base

  1. Go to SettingsExport
  2. Select export format
  3. Choose what to export:
    • All articles
    • Specific categories
    • Date range
  4. Click "Export"
  5. Download file when ready

  1. Open article
  2. Click "Export" button
  3. Select format
