Best Practices

Data Mapping

  • Map all important fields: Title, content, URL, etc.
  • Use custom fields: Add metadata for better organisation
  • Test thoroughly: Verify data appears correctly
  • Handle errors: Set up error notifications

Performance

  • Limit trigger frequency: Don't create too many Zaps
  • Use filters: Only trigger when needed
  • Monitor usage: Check Zapier task usage
  • Optimise workflows: Combine related actions

Security

  • Protect API keys: Never share your Zuro API key
  • Use secure connections: Ensure HTTPS everywhere
  • Review permissions: Check what each Zap can access
  • Monitor activity: Review Zap runs regularly

Zapier Plans
