Supported File Formats

Zuro supports the following document formats:

  • PDF (.pdf) - PDF documents and manuals
  • Word Documents (.docx) - Microsoft Word files

File Requirements

  • Maximum size: 10MB per file

Uploading Documents

Step 1: Navigate to Upload

  1. Go to your knowledge base dashboard
  2. Click "New Article" or "Upload Document"
