What Are AI Analytics Insights?

AI Analytics Insights uses artificial intelligence to analyse your knowledge base performance and provide:

  • Content gap analysis: Topics users search for but can't find
  • Search insights: Understanding what users are looking for
  • Improvement opportunities: Specific recommendations to enhance your content
  • Priority rankings: What to focus on first

Plan Availability

AI Analytics Insights are available on:

  • Starter Plan: 1 lifetime analysis
  • Professional Plan: 1 analysis per month
  • Enterprise Plan: Unlimited analyses

Free plans don't include AI Analytics Insights.

Generating an Analysis

Step 1: Access Analytics

  1. Go to your knowledge base dashboard
  2. Click "Analytics" in the navigation
  3. Find the "AI Analytics Insights" section

Step 2: Select Date Range

  1. Choose a date range to analyse
  2. Recommended: Last 30 days for recent insights
  3. Longer ranges provide more comprehensive analysis

Step 3: Generate Analysis

  1. Click "Generate AI Analysis"
  2. Wait for processing (usually 1-2 minutes)
  3. Review the generated insights
