How to Manage Comments

Moderate and manage comments on your knowledge base articles.

Comment Moderation

Viewing Comments

  1. Go to Articles → Select an article
  2. Click "Comments" tab
  3. View all comments for that article

Comment Statuses

  • Pending: Awaiting moderation
  • Approved: Published and visible
  • Rejected: Not published
  • Spam: Marked as spam

Moderating Comments

Approve Comments

  1. Find pending comment
  2. Review content
  3. Click "Approve"
  4. Comment becomes visible

Reject Comments

  1. Find comment to reject
  2. Click "Reject"
  3. Optionally add rejection reason
  4. Comment is hidden

Mark as Spam

  1. Identify spam comment
  2. Click "Mark as Spam"
  3. Comment is hidden and flagged
  4. Helps improve spam detection

  • Auto-approve: Approve comments automatically
  • Require moderation: Review all comments
  • Disable comments: Turn off comments entirely
