How to Manage Comments
Moderate and manage comments on your knowledge base articles.
Comment Moderation
Viewing Comments
- Go to Articles → Select an article
- Click "Comments" tab
- View all comments for that article
Comment Statuses
- Pending: Awaiting moderation
- Approved: Published and visible
- Rejected: Not published
- Spam: Marked as spam
Moderating Comments
Approve Comments
- Find pending comment
- Review content
- Click "Approve"
- Comment becomes visible
Reject Comments
- Find comment to reject
- Click "Reject"
- Optionally add rejection reason
- Comment is hidden
Mark as Spam
- Identify spam comment
- Click "Mark as Spam"
- Comment is hidden and flagged
- Helps improve spam detection
