Manage your Zuro subscription, billing, and plan changes.

Viewing Your Subscription

Current Plan

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. View your current plan and features
  3. See usage statistics
  4. Check billing information

Usage Statistics

  • Knowledge bases created
  • Articles per KB
  • AI processing used
  • API requests made

Changing Your Plan

Upgrade Plan

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select new plan
  4. Review changes
  5. Confirm upgrade

Downgrade Plan

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Review limitations
  5. Confirm downgrade

Note: Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

Billing

View Invoices

  1. Go to AccountBilling
  2. View past invoices
  3. Download invoices as PDF
  4. View payment history

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to AccountBilling
  2. Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save changes

Payment Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Invoice billing (Enterprise)

Cancelling Subscription

Cancel Process

  1. Go to AccountSubscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access retained until end of billing period

After Cancellation

  • You retain access until period ends
  • Data is preserved for 30 days
  • Can reactivate anytime
  • Export your data before cancellation

Refunds

14-Day Free Trial

  • Available on all paid plans
  • Full access to plan features
  • Cancel within 14 days for full refund
  • No questions asked

  • Articles: Max per knowledge base
  • AI processing: Monthly limit

Exceeding Limits

  • Upgrade plan for higher limits
  • Contact support for temporary increases
  • Monitor usage in dashboard
